PIRlo was invented out of a need. As someone who had spent his 

entire life modeling different sports and leagues, he decided that to find success in the soccer business, he needed to go back to data and statistical modeling to reinforce his cases on why a club

should buy a player that he was representing. Thusly, PIRlo was born. 

Beginning in February 2022,Jonathan began modeling the English Premier League. At the beginning, PIRlo was not functioning

in a way that was making sense. It was stop/ start over the next 18 months as at differing points updates to the system became apparent and different aspects and layers began to be incorporated. 

Finally, in May 2024, the system had been updated adequately enough that Jonathan was able to take it for a test drive. And…it worked. It worked well.Really well. It had capabilities that no public facing system had yet produced in the soccer world. 

For the next 3 months, Jonathan honed the system and added to it until it got to where it is today- a fully functioning system able to provide real time data to users in many formats and in every league around the world. While the pro game has always been a life blood for Jonathan, his deepest passion always lay with giving kids the opportunity to chase the dream of playing soccer in college or professionally. 

It was at a point in earlyAugust 2024, he realized his lifelong dream could be a reality by using the system he built to allow kids to have a greater future in the game by utilizing his system to rate US Youth Amateur players. It can allow for a kid from anywhere compete on equal footing with any other player in the US. It can give kids the ability to not be boxed inand not to be told no. PIRlo can allow for every kid to promote themselves, be a better player, and make the case that they deserve to be on the pitch because their play can be quantified.

That’s what PIRlo is.
