What does PIRlo stand for?
PIRlo stands for Player Index Rating locator
What is PIRlo?
PIRlo is a statistical data system that rates players positionally against their peers to get a true
talent level of the player versus players in the same leagues, age groups, gender groups, and
regionally, nationally, and internationally. PIRlo utilizes between 50-70 data markers depending
on the level and league to determine an overall score, scores for each data marker, and a weighted
score. Weighted scoring is used to understand which players have the best scores based on what a
position calls for in each individual league setting.
Who built PIRlo?
Jonathan Kiersky, owner and founder of TCA, LLC built PIRlo as a way to normalize transfers
between different countries leagues worldwide, something that has not been done publicly yet.
When was PIRlo built?
PIRlo began to be built in February of 2022. It was finished and tested beginning in May of 2024 and
testing and full build began in August of 2024. PIRlo is a system built within the TCA, LLC ecosystem,
a company Jonathan Kiersky founded in June of 2020 that operates in over 35 countries working
on player transfers and commercial endeavors within the Football/ Soccer world.
What is PIRlos function?
PIRlo has five major functions.
The first is to rate players across all leagues from amateur to professional.
The second is to serve as a recruitment/ transfer tool to give decision makers and scouts the ability to
understand the players at a much higher level than ever before and to save them time as it allows for
decision makers and scouts to hone in on a positional groups from a worldwide talent pool (Time is the
most important element in a Recruiter/ Decision makers/ Scouts day).
The third is to give clubs a full understanding on how to improve their clubs both on a winning level but also, and maybe more importantly, on a financial level.
Fourth, PIRlo allows for one to one comparisons between leagues and the ability to
project both what the player will provide on the field but also what a players true value on the market
should be.
Fifth, PIRlo gives a player a full statistical overview of their strengths and weaknesses.
How will PIRlo change youth/ amateur recruitment?
This system will provide coaches and scouts the ability to see every player's data
markers and overall scores that will be sortable on our website. It will change the recruitment of
players completely both for college scholarship offers and within the academy ranks at the
professional system both in North America and Europe.
What will PIRlo mean to youth/ amateur players?
PIRlo will allow for more competition for amateur players recruitment. The system will attract many more eyes on each player and allow them to market themselves in a way that has never been done in the USA in the youth/ amateur system. It will allow players to send a 16 page Playing CV to colleges (with an optional academic page) and academies that allows those players to significantly increase their chances of being seen by many teams and getting recruited with a college scholarship oracademy invite. We estimate that the front end investment in the purchase of the Playing CV will translate to approximately a 7x return on investment in the scholarship money the player will receive.
What age groups/ leagues will PIRlo be targeting in the youth/ amateur USA market?
Boys and girls aged 12-22 in the upper divisions of US Youth Soccer.
Can PIRlo help with Player Development?
Yes. This is one of the most important assets of PIRlo. By giving the player a complete picture of
their data markers, PIRlo can assist with making a player better in the areas of the game that they do not
score as well as their peers. Conversely, PIRlo can help make players understand where their strengths lie.
One aspect of this is that PIRlo can help players and coaches develop players more efficiently as well as make certain the player is, in fact, playing in the correct position.
Which Recruiters/ Scouts will be looking at this?
Currently, we have about 5,000 decision makers worldwide that we have in our ecosystem. Of that, we have
roughly 300 men’s USA college decision makers and 200 women’s decision makers within our ecosystem.
On the youth/ amateur side, we have access to most of the decision makers in the top men’s and women’s
leagues. In the top of the Professional ranks, we have access to all clubs in the USA and almost every club in Europe.
How will PIRlo function with Professional clubs?
PIRlo has two major functions when it comes to Professional clubs. The first is optimizing the
transfer market both on a playing level and on a financial level. The second is optimizing the players
and play style already within the club. PIRlo is able to analyze a club and see where its weaknesses
are and how to upgrade at whatever monetary level the club is looking at (understanding that there
could be situations where the money and the player required do not fit). PIRlo can translate data
between leagues so that clubs will feel more comfortable buying from any country.
How will PIRlo function with Agencies and Media?
PIRlo is available to agencies and media in the same capacity as Professional clubs above. PIRlo is a
system that can be tailored to any needs by either group. For media, they will want packages for
pregame and on-air/ writing information for their consumers. For agencies, they will want to know
where their players best fit and what is a good starting point in negotiations for both transfers and
salaries. Player reports for agencies will mirror the cost for Professional clubs. Media contracts will be
charged on a case by case basis.
Does PIRlo have clients already?
Yes. We already work with some of the biggest clubs in the world.
Where is TCA,LLC headquartered?
TCA, LLC is headquartered in Germantown, TN 38138.
We are a registered LLC with the State of Tennessee.
