Our Story + US

The Captains Agency (formerly MJ90 Football Agency) is a full-service Soccer Agency working around the globe, while also partnering with some of the biggest agencies and clubs in world soccer. We are a representation agency working in the intermediary, broker, marketing, sponsorship, and NIL verticals. Our goal is to assist players in achieving their dreams of playing professional soccer, accessing trials, going to college/university to play soccer, securing agency representation or working in a front office capacity in the game. 

PIRlo, developed by Managing Partner and Founder Jonathan Kiersky, is our proprietary rating system for both professional and amateur players. Developed over a 3 year span, PIRlo functions as a way to rate and project players based on data sets but also as a player evaluation tool that gives players the knowledge of what they need to work on to improve their game. 

Our brand new Playing CV development is designed out of what we feel is necessity. Our main goal through everything is to do our part in making US amateur soccer players have the best chance to do whatever it is they want with the game. To this end, we feel players need information. They need to know what to work on. They want to know where they can improve their game. That's what our Playing CV is designed to do.
