The Captains Agency (formerly MJ90 Football Agency) is a full-service, global soccer agency, which partners with some of the biggest agencies and clubs in soccer. We are also a representation agency working in the intermediary, broker, marketing, sponsorship, and NIL verticals. Our goal is to assist players in a number of areas, ranging from achieving their dreams of playing professional soccer, accessing trials, attending college/university to play soccer, securing agency representation or working in the front office of a soccer organization. 

PIRlo, developed by managing partner and founder Jonathan Kiersky, is a proprietary rating system for both professional and amateur players. Developed over a 3-year period, PIRlo functions as a means to rate and promote players based on various data sets. It is also a valuable evaluation tool that provides players with the knowledge they need to work on and improve their game. 

Our primary goal is to give those involved in amateur soccer access to a technology that will allow them to achieve what they want from the game.
